The Creation
S-GYZJ-10/3100 was specially designed for the production of tubular fabric
meeting the most exacting standards for flexible bulk containers.
The
S-GYZJ-10/3100 mainly used for FIBC’S with load capacities of 500-1000kgs, has a
working width ranging from 1450 to 2100mm double flat.
The loom is equipped with sophisticated warp and weft yarn control
systems for instant location of broken yarn. In case of weft
breakage of when the bobbin runs empty, the machine stops
automatically. During normal operation, the weaving speed can be
adjusted progressively by interval.
This machine is a large-scale plastic-braided machine, mainly used
in large-size circular fabric of PP, PE and synthetical flat fiber.
It is the best braiding machine to produce braided fabric such as
geotechnical cloth and tarpaulin.
This machine with advanced technique, reasonable structure and
smooth operation is equipped with advances alarm-stop devices for
warp-broken, weft-broken and weft-finished, as well as frequency
conversion speed-governor. It has high production efficiency,
convenient operation and easy maintenance, safety and reliability.
